1. Information We Collect
Account info (name, email), campaign content (story, race details, charity selection), donation info (amount, sponsor name, message), and limited music-service info (playlist ID, display name) when you connect Spotify or Apple Music.
2. How We Use Information
To operate campaigns, process donations to nonprofits, queue songs to athletes' playlists, send transactional emails (receipts, race-day notices), prevent fraud, and improve the product.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (or a comparable PCI-compliant processor). ChaseGood does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
4. Sharing Information
We share donation data with the receiving 501(c)(3) for receipts and reporting, with payment processors to complete transactions, and with music services solely to add sponsored songs to the athlete's playlist. We do not sell personal data. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We use essential cookies for authentication and privacy-respecting analytics to understand product usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
6. SMS / Text Messaging
ChaseGood offers optional SMS notifications to runners who opt in by entering their mobile number and checking a consent box on their account profile. Message types: you receive a text when a supporter sponsors a song on your race, including a link to play it; message frequency varies based on sponsorship activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. We do NOT sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes — mobile information is used solely to deliver the notifications you requested.
7. Data Retention
We retain account, campaign, and donation records as long as needed to provide the service, comply with tax/charity reporting, and resolve disputes.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Children
ChaseGood is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, scoped access controls). No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
11. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
